En pratique, le niveau d\u2019inspection sp\u00e9cial est uniquement utilis\u00e9 pour des tests destructifs, des tests complexes n\u00e9cessitant un montage, ou des tests tr\u00e8s longs \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser pour \u00e9valuer un nombre limit\u00e9 de produits.\n<br>\n<br>\nPar exemple, si un acheteur s\u2019approvisionne en 12 000 jouets \u00e9lectriques aupr\u00e8s d\u2019une usine et souhaite appliquer le niveau d\u2019inspection g\u00e9n\u00e9ral 2 (s\u00e9v\u00e9rit\u00e9 moyenne), la quantit\u00e9 de produits \u00e0 inspecter est d\u00e9finie par la lettre M et fix\u00e9e \u00e0 315 unit\u00e9s.\n<br>\n<br>\nNotre inspecteur \u00e9valuera ensuite et analysera les d\u00e9fauts sur ce lot d\u00e9fini. Il existe trois cat\u00e9gories de d\u00e9fauts produits :\n<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Critique<\/strong> Un d\u00e9faut critique est un d\u00e9faut qui, selon le jugement et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience, est susceptible de :\n<ul>\n \t<li>entra\u00eener des conditions dangereuses ou non s\u00fbres pour les utilisateurs, lors de l\u2019utilisation, de l\u2019entretien ou selon l\u2019usage pr\u00e9vu des produits ; ou<\/li>\n \t<li>emp\u00eacher la fonction essentielle d\u2019un \u00e9l\u00e9ment majeur.\nUn d\u00e9faut critique est une unit\u00e9 de produit contenant un ou plusieurs d\u00e9fauts critiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nMajeur \u2014 Un d\u00e9faut majeur est un d\u00e9faut, autre qu\u2019un d\u00e9faut critique, susceptible d\u2019entra\u00eener une d\u00e9faillance, de r\u00e9duire significativement l\u2019utilisabilit\u00e9 du produit pour son usage pr\u00e9vu. Un d\u00e9faut majeur est une unit\u00e9 de produit contenant un ou plusieurs d\u00e9fauts majeurs.\n<br>\n<br>\nMineur \u2014 Un d\u00e9faut mineur est un d\u00e9faut peu susceptible de r\u00e9duire significativement l\u2019utilisabilit\u00e9 du produit pour son usage pr\u00e9vu, ou un \u00e9cart par rapport aux normes \u00e9tablies ayant peu d\u2019impact sur l\u2019utilisation effective du produit. Au-del\u00e0 de ces valeurs, l\u2019\u00e9chantillon de produits est rejet\u00e9.<\/p><p>Les clients peuvent d\u00e9finir leur niveau de d\u00e9fauts acceptables par cat\u00e9gorie en utilisant une liste de contr\u00f4le de fiche produit. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement mandater API pour utiliser vos propres fiches produits et vous appuyer sur notre expertise afin de d\u00e9finir les d\u00e9fauts mineurs et majeurs par type de produit.
