El nuevo reglamento entr\u00f3 en vigor el 23 de septiembre de 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Los cambios m\u00e1s significativos son:<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Lista de sustancias autorizadas de la Uni\u00f3n (anexo I)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"\">Algunas enmiendas sobre las siguientes sustancias:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"\">1-3-fenilendiamina (CAS 108-45-2)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Tri\u00f3xido de antimonio (1309-64-4).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><span style=\"\">Se han a\u00f1adido tres nuevas entradas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"\"><strong><u>Migraci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica (anexo II)<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"\">Metales pesados - Se a\u00f1aden 9 metales pesados a los 9 ya existentes (en total 18 metales pesados):<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\"><span style=\"\">Ars\u00e9nico, cadmio, cromo, europio, gadolinio, lantano, plomo, mercurio y terbio.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"\">Aminas arom\u00e1ticas primarias (PAA) - se modifican los l\u00edmites de detecci\u00f3n de PAA:<\/span><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"\">\u2264 0,002 mg\/kg para cada PAA enumerado en la entrada 43 del anexo XVII del Reglamento REACH n\u00ba 1907\/2006, y no se especifica ning\u00fan l\u00edmite de migraci\u00f3n en el cuadro 1 del anexo 1.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">\u2264 0,01 mg\/kg para la suma de PAA no enumerados en la entrada 43 del anexo XVII del Reglamento REACH, y no se especifica ning\u00fan l\u00edmite de migraci\u00f3n en el anexo I.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><u><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Declaraci\u00f3n de conformidad (anexo IV)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se incluyen la identificaci\u00f3n y la cantidad de sustancias presentes en los materiales intermedios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Pruebas de conformidad (anexo V)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"\">Para materiales y art\u00edculos de uso repetido:\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"\">La migraci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica entre pruebas posteriores no aumenta (es decir, SM1 &gt; SM2 &gt; SM3).&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Tambi\u00e9n debe verificarse la estabilidad del material y de los art\u00edculos.
