Januar 2024 ver\u00f6ffentlichte die Europ\u00e4ische Chemikalienagentur (ECHA) eine Aktualisierung der Kandidatenliste f\u00fcr besonders besorgniserregende Stoffe (SVHC). Mit der Aufnahme von f\u00fcnf neuen Chemikalien umfasst die aktuelle Kandidatenliste f\u00fcr besonders besorgniserregende Stoffe nun 240 Stoffe.<\/p><p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus hat die ECHA den bestehenden Eintrag in der Kandidatenliste f\u00fcr Dibutylphthalat aktualisiert, um seine endokrinsch\u00e4digenden Eigenschaften f\u00fcr die Umwelt einzubeziehen.<\/p><h1><strong>5 neue Stoffe, die am 23. Die Verpflichtungen umfassen:<ul><li>Kommunikation \u00fcber die sichere Verwendung: EU- oder EWR-Lieferanten von Erzeugnissen, die Stoffe der Kandidatenliste in einer Konzentration von mehr als 0,1% Gewichtsprozent enthalten, m\u00fcssen ihren Kunden ausreichende Informationen zur sicheren Verwendung des Erzeugnisses zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen. Fordert ein Verbraucher solche Informationen an, m\u00fcssen EU- oder EWR-Lieferanten innerhalb von 45 Tagen nach Erhalt der Anfrage die erforderlichen Angaben machen.<\/li><li>Benachrichtigung der ECHA: Importeure und Produzenten von Erzeugnissen aus der EU und dem EWR m\u00fcssen die ECHA innerhalb von sechs Monaten nach Aufnahme eines Stoffes in die Kandidatenliste benachrichtigen, wenn ihr Erzeugnis einen solchen Stoff enth\u00e4lt.\u00a0<\/li><li>Bereitstellung eines Sicherheitsdatenblatts: EU- und EWR-Lieferanten von Stoffen, die auf der Kandidatenliste stehen, m\u00fcssen ihren Kunden ein aktuelles Sicherheitsdatenblatt zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Gem\u00e4\u00df der EU-Abfallrahmenrichtlinie<\/strong>Unternehmen m\u00fcssen der ECHA auch melden, wenn die von ihnen hergestellten Erzeugnisse SVHC in einer Konzentration von mehr als 0,1 % (Gewichtsprozent) enthalten.
