Dadurch wird besser sichergestellt, dass die Mitgliedstaaten keine nationalen technischen Anforderungen aufstellen, die \u00fcber die Anforderungen hinausgehen und\/oder diesen widersprechen.<\/p><p><strong>Zwei Ziele der Spielzeugsicherheitsverordnung:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Verst\u00e4rkter Schutz vor sch\u00e4dlichen Chemikalien: Der Vorschlag erweitert das derzeitige Verbot von Stoffen, die als krebserregend, erbgutver\u00e4ndernd und fortpflanzungsgef\u00e4hrdend eingestuft sind, um endokrine Disruptoren (das sind Chemikalien, die das Hormonsystem beeintr\u00e4chtigen) sowie Chemikalien, die f\u00fcr ein bestimmtes Organ giftig sind oder das Immun-, Neuro- oder Atmungssystem beeintr\u00e4chtigen. Au\u00dferdem wird eine breitere Definition der Gesundheit von Kindern vorgeschlagen, die auch die psychische Gesundheit, das Wohlbefinden und die kognitive Entwicklung einschlie\u00dft.<\/li><li>Verst\u00e4rkte Durchsetzung: Die Kontrollen entlang der Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette werden verst\u00e4rkt.
