Juli 2023 vom Europ\u00e4ischen Parlament und vom Rat erlassen und befasst sich mit dem Thema Batterien und Altbatterien. Diese Verordnung \u00e4ndert die Richtlinie <strong>2008\/98\/EG<\/strong> und Regulierung <strong>(EU) 2019\/1020<\/strong> und hebt die Richtlinie <strong>2006\/66\/EG<\/strong> (mit Wirkung vom 18. August 2025).<\/p><p>Einige der wichtigsten \u00c4nderungen sind:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Nicht-chemischer Teil:<\/strong> Anforderungen an Nachhaltigkeit, Sicherheit, Kennzeichnung, Beschriftung und Information, um das Inverkehrbringen oder die Inbetriebnahme von Batterien in der Union zu erm\u00f6glichen.<ul><li>Etikettierung und Kennzeichnung von Batterien<ul><li>Alle Batterien m\u00fcssen mit detaillierten Herstellungsinformationen (einschlie\u00dflich Name des Herstellers, Postanschrift, Internet- und E-Mail-Adresse, Herstellungsort, Herstellungsdatum usw.), Informationen \u00fcber die Batterie, gef\u00e4hrliche Stoffe in der Batterie (au\u00dfer Quecksilber, Cadmium oder Blei), QR-Code, EU-Konformit\u00e4tserkl\u00e4rung und CE-Kennzeichnung usw. gekennzeichnet sein.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Kohlenstoff-Fu\u00dfabdruck-Deklaration f\u00fcr Batterien f\u00fcr Elektrofahrzeuge, wiederaufladbare Industriebatterien und LMT-Batterien<\/li><li>Anforderungen an Leistung und Haltbarkeit<ul><li>Ab dem 18. August 2027 m\u00fcssen Ger\u00e4tebatterien f\u00fcr den allgemeinen Gebrauch, ausgenommen Knopfzellen, die Anforderungen an die elektrochemische Leistung und Haltbarkeit erf\u00fcllen<ul><li>Bis zum 31. Dezember 2023 wird die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission Ma\u00dfnahmen zur schrittweisen Abschaffung nicht wiederaufladbarer Ger\u00e4tebatterien f\u00fcr den allgemeinen Gebrauch
